The Clarion Hotel Airport in Portland, Maine, a 149-room property, has been sold with JLL’s Hotels & Hospitality Group representing the seller.

The Clarion Hotel Airport, a 149-room full-service hotel located in Portland, Maine, has been sold. The transaction was managed by JLL’s Hotels & Hospitality Group, which represented the seller. The new owners have appointed Jamsan Hotel Management to oversee operations of the property.

The hotel, originally opened in 1974, offers approximately 7,000 square feet of meeting space. This feature positions it as a suitable venue for conferences and events in the local market. Additional amenities at the property include an on-site restaurant, a complimentary airport shuttle service, an indoor heated swimming pool, a fitness center, and a business center.

Strategically located at 1230 Congress St., the hotel offers immediate access to I-295 and is close to the Portland International Jetport. Its location offers convenient access to Portland’s attractions, including the Cross Insurance Arena and the Portland Museum of Art, as well as the city’s vibrant dining and business districts. The hotel caters to a range of traveler segments, including business travelers, tourists, and conference attendees.

Managing Director Alan Suzuki led the JLL Hotels & Hospitality team involved in the transaction.
