Crestline has appointed Orcun Turkay as Vice President of Food & Beverage, effective immediately.
Crestline has announced the appointment of Orcun Turkay to the position of Vice President of Food & Beverage. The appointment is effective immediately and is part of the company’s ongoing efforts to oversee food and beverage operations across its portfolio.
Turkay brings more than 15 years of experience in food and beverage management. Prior to this appointment, he served as General Manager at The Delphi Downtown LA, a Crestline-managed property. In that role, he contributed to the design and development of dining venues at the property.
Before joining Crestline, Turkay served as Corporate Director of Food & Beverage at Shaner Hotel Group, where he oversaw food and beverage operations across more than 55 hotels. His responsibilities included management of operations for resorts, lifestyle destinations, and full-service properties.
In his new role at Crestline, Turkay will oversee food and beverage operations for a portfolio of independent hotels and properties under brands including Marriott, Westin, Hilton, Curio Collection by Hilton, Tapestry Collection by Hilton, Kimpton, and Vignette by IHG. The company manages 13 independent, full-service hotels and nearly a dozen branded properties.
Turkay’s previous experience also includes management roles at Starwood Hotels & Resorts in the United States and Europe, where he oversaw food and beverage operations at properties under brands such as St. Regis, W Hotels, and Westin. He has also served as Managing Partner and Vice President of Operations at The Park RVA in Richmond, Virginia, where he led the development of a multi-concept entertainment venue.
Turkay holds a degree in Hospitality and Hotel Management from Akdeniz University in Turkey.
Crestline’s appointment of Turkay is part of its strategy to manage food and beverage operations across its expanding portfolio of lifestyle and full-service hotels. The company currently manages more than 100 hotels, resorts, and conference centers in the United States.
