Days Inn & Suites by Wyndham Eunice, LA, Sold to A&K Hospitality

HVS Brokerage & Advisory has completed the sale of the 41-key Days Inn & Suites by Wyndham Eunice in Louisiana to A&K Hospitality of Eunice LLC.

The Days Inn & Suites by Wyndham Eunice, located at 1251 Laurel Street in Eunice, Louisiana, has been sold by Tri Parish Hospitality LLC to A&K Hospitality of Eunice LLC. The transaction was managed by HVS Brokerage & Advisory.

The property, constructed in 2003, features 41 rooms and is strategically situated near U.S. Highway 190. The location benefits from demand driven by Louisiana’s oil-and-gas industry and energy sector, which requires workforce accommodations. Additional demand for lodging in the area is generated by events at the Louisiana State University Eunice campus and several local businesses, including Oak Lane Nursing Home, Coburn’s Distribution Center, and Acadian Medical Center.

The seller, Tri Parish Hospitality LLC, is based in Houston, Texas, while the buyer, A&K Hospitality of Eunice LLC, is based in Delaware, Ohio. The sale marks the end of nearly 25 years of ownership by Tri Parish Hospitality.

HVS Brokerage & Advisory’s team, including Matt Almy, Eric Guererro, Andrew Frosch, Fadi Rawashdeh, Kyle Peterek, and Daneen Godinet, facilitated the transaction. The sale attracted multiple competitive offers, ultimately resulting in the acquisition by a first-time buyer from Ohio.
