Destination by Hyatt will open Parian Chronicle, a 50-room hotel in Kampos on the island of Paros, in summer 2026. The property will be located near Paros Airport and Parikia port, offering a low-density retreat overlooking the Aegean Sea. Accommodations will include a mix of rooms and suites, with many featuring private terraces or pools.
The hotel’s design will reinterpret Cycladic architecture with whitewashed forms, natural stone, and wood elements. Interiors will feature muted earth tones and sculptural lines.
Dining at Parian Chronicle will emphasize seasonal and local ingredients, with menus highlighting the flavors of Paros and the Cyclades. The property will offer a range of dining experiences, including breakfasts, lunches, and evening meals, as well as producer-led tastings, local collaborations, and communal feasts.
The hotel will include a spa inspired by ancient Greek healing traditions, offering treatments that incorporate natural elements and restorative rituals. Facilities will also include quiet spaces for rest and a fitness offering.
