Dusit International has introduced its ninth hotel brand, Dusit Hotels, targeting upper-upscale properties in urban and resort locations, with three hotels already operational and a fourth set to open in Manila in 2026.

Dusit International has launched Dusit Hotels, its ninth brand, focusing on upper-upscale properties in strategic urban and resort locations. The brand has been introduced in three locations: Dusit Hotel Doha in Qatar, Dusit Le Palais Tu Hoa in Hanoi, Vietnam, and Dusit Hotel AG Park in Chengdu, China. A fourth property, Dusit Hotel Greenhills in Manila, Philippines, is scheduled to open in the fourth quarter of 2026.

The new brand targets properties with 120 to 300 rooms, suitable for both conversions and new developments. Dusit Hotels aims to offer a blend of international standards and local cultural elements. The properties are designed to provide comfort for business and leisure travelers, featuring public spaces with curated art and locally inspired details. Smart technologies are integrated to enhance the guest experience.

Dusit Le Palais Tu Hoa in Hanoi, a 207-room hotel, combines Thai-inspired service with Vietnamese cultural elements, drawing inspiration from local heritage. The 248-room Dusit Hotel AG Park in Chengdu is located in the Tianfu Agricultural Expo Park and offers nature-based activities and sustainability-focused programs. Dusit Hotel Doha, with 261 rooms and 96 apartments, is situated in Doha’s West Bay area and includes wellness services under the Devarana Wellness concept.

The upcoming Dusit Hotel Greenhills in Manila will occupy the top 10 floors of Primex Tower, a 50-story mixed-use development in San Juan City. The 200-room hotel will feature facilities such as a Thai restaurant, an all-day dining venue, a rooftop bar, a swimming pool, and a ballroom with city views.

Dusit International’s expansion with the Dusit Hotels brand is part of a broader strategy to enhance its presence in the upper-upscale market segment. The company currently operates 294 properties across 18 countries, including 55 hotels and resorts and 239 luxury villa rentals. The introduction of Dusit Hotels aligns with the company’s goal to offer diverse hospitality experiences across different market segments.

The company has signed 14 new properties this year and has over 60 projects in the pipeline. Dusit Hotels is expected to continue expanding, with plans to sign eight additional properties in key gateway destinations over the next two years.
