Sandpiper, LLC has opened an ECHO Suites Extended Stay by Wyndham in Sterling, Virginia, marking the third ECHO Suite property in its portfolio.
Sandpiper, LLC has announced the opening of a new ECHO Suites Extended Stay by Wyndham hotel in Sterling, Virginia. This development represents the third ECHO Suites property in Sandpiper’s portfolio and was completed from the ground up. The hotel began operations in the last week of August.
The ECHO Suites brand, part of Wyndham, focuses on providing extended-stay accommodations with a modern, minimalist design. Currently, there are 12 ECHO Suites locations across the United States. Sandpiper Hospitality will manage the daily operations of the new Sterling hotel. The management company oversees nearly 70 hotels and is responsible for the entire Sandpiper portfolio.
Sandpiper, LLC owns 42 properties across eight brands in 12 states.
