Edouard Lapasset has been named Hotel Manager at Four Seasons Hotel George V, Paris. Lapasset was born in Paris and graduated from the École Hôtelière de Paris. He holds an MBA in Hospitality Administration Management.
Lapasset began his career in 2009 at the Hilton Arc de Triomphe in Paris, joining the guest relations team. In 2012, he moved to the housekeeping department of Hôtel du Collectionneur Arc de Triomphe, initially overseeing public areas and later managing the cleanliness of all guest rooms. His responsibilities included supporting the executive housekeeper, overseeing team scheduling, and leading departmental projects.
In 2014, Lapasset joined Mandarin Oriental, Geneva, where he held positions including assistant front office manager, front office manager, and director of rooms. He later moved to Qatar, where he was involved in the opening of Mandarin Oriental, Doha, as director of rooms. In 2022, Lapasset returned to Paris to become hotel manager at Mandarin Oriental, Paris, and was promoted to general manager three years later.
