EOS Hospitality Credit Partners, the hospitality lending business of EOS Investors LLC, provided the refinancing for Mission Hill Hospitality’s portfolio, which includes the Residence Inn Breckenridge in Breckenridge, Colorado, and the AC by Marriott Clearwater Beach and Courtyard by Marriott Clearwater Beach in Clearwater, Florida.
The financing has a three-year term with multiple extension options and is secured by the three hotels.
Mission Hill acquired the properties in 2023 and has since executed a value-add strategy focused on operational enhancements and capital improvements across the portfolio.
The Residence Inn Breckenridge is located near Main Street and the area’s ski lifts. The Clearwater hotels are within walking distance of Clearwater Beach and were developed in 2021 and 2022.
Peregrine Hospitality manages the hotels.
