Everhome Suites, an extended stay hotel brand under Choice Hotels International, Inc. (NYSE: CHH), has announced the opening of three new properties in Huntsville, Alabama; Chandler, Arizona; and Temecula, California. This brings the total number of Everhome Suites to ten across the United States.
The expansion of Everhome Suites is set to continue with 20 additional hotels currently under construction and plans to have 25 hotels open by the end of the year. The extended stay hotel segment is experiencing high demand, with Choice Hotel’s domestic extended stay rooms growing by 10% year-over-year.
Everhome Suites in Huntsville is located at 5581 Holmes Avenue. It offers 98 rooms and provides convenient access to the University of Alabama in Huntsville, the U.S. Space & Rocket Center, and the Huntsville Medical District. Huntsville is known as a hub for aerospace, technology, and innovation.
In Arizona, Everhome Suites Chandler, with 114 rooms, is situated at 3200 West Willis Road. It is strategically located in a suburb of Phoenix known for its recreational parks, golf courses, and proximity to major businesses and technology hubs.
Everhome Suites Temecula, located at 27165 Madison Ave just off I-15, offers 117 rooms. Known for its wineries and entertainment options, Temecula is a popular destination just a 90-minute drive from Los Angeles, California.

Choice Hotels recently launched a new digital marketing campaign to raise brand awareness for Everhome Suites.
The brand offers a range of amenities, including fully equipped kitchens in every room, spa-style bathrooms, large closets, free WiFi, pet-friendly options, and 24/7 fitness centers.
