The Esker Foundation is one of Calgary’s leading contemporary art galleries and features all sorts of seasonal exhibits, permanent pieces, and unique programming. Swing by the next time you’re in Inglewood – there’s always something to discover!

Don’t let the name fool you — this gallery was one of the first artist-run centres established in Canada and has been in operation since 1975. This museum showcases replicas of rare Chinese artifacts, works from local artists, and the history of Chinese-Canadians in Canada. See why thousands of tourists and students visit the Culture Centre each year.

This not-for-profit gallery hosts student-run installations, group shows, and exhibitions in the main mall at AUArts. Although the gallery is currently on summer break, you can expect it to be back in full swing come fall, so keep your eyes peeled for exciting announcements.

Experience the past, present, and future at this historic Calgary home. One of Canada’s last prairie sandstone mansions, the iconic Lougheed House has been revived into a vibrant social hub for exploration, events, and, of course, learning. Visitors under the age of 25 can enjoy free or reduced admission until Sept. 2, 2025, with the Canada Strong Pass.

Visit Canada’s first commercial oilfield and processing plant in Diamond Valley. You can explore the birthplace of Alberta’s petroleum industry through guided tours, and visitors under the age of 25 can enjoy free or reduced admission until September 2, 2025, with the Canada Strong Pass.
