Joey Lawrence might be best known to fans as the older brother on the classic 90’s sitcom Blossom, but the 49-year-old looked nothing like his beloved character in a recent video.
In a clip shared to TikTok by his brother, Andy Lawrence, Joey — joined by Andy and his other famous bro, Matthew Lawrence — danced to the disco hit “Le Freak” by Chic.
Wearing sweatpants and a gray t-shirt, Joey led his two younger siblings (also dressed in sweats) through the energetic choreography, which ended with Andy and Matthew dramatically lifting Joey in the air.

TikTok users loved seeing the siblings do their thing, with several raving about Joey’s new look.
“Joey wearing loose pants???? A change in the wardrobe. Joey is a cutie so whatever he wears is a hit,” one person wrote, with somebody agreeing, “It is the grey sweat pants for me.”
“Joey just ages like a fine wine,” declared another commenter.
“I’ll be obsessed with y’all until I’m gone from this earth!!!” gushed someone else.
The Lawrence brothers shocked fans earlier this year when they revealed their last name isn’t actually Lawrence at all — it’s Mignogna.
Lawrence is Joey’s Middle name, as he explained during a panel appearance at 90s Con in Hartford, Conn., on March 28.
“I was named after our dad and our grandfather on my dad’s side,” Joey explained.
“And then, in the early 80s, no one could pronounce Mignogna,” he continued, adding “That’s not a name people will say. Today, things like that are celebrated. But in the 80s, it was like, ‘We need to water this down.’ The silent Gs. … They were like, ‘We need to go with something a little more bland.’ So they’re like, ‘Let’s call him Joey Lawrence,’ and then that’s just what we did. It just made sense.”
