Wyndham Hotels & Resorts and Ovolo Group have entered into a partnership to integrate five Ovolo hotels in Australia and Hong Kong into the Wyndham brand portfolio.

Wyndham Hotels & Resorts and Ovolo Group have announced a strategic partnership that will see five Ovolo hotels in Australia and Hong Kong join the Wyndham brand. The partnership aims to leverage Ovolo’s boutique hotel offerings and Wyndham’s global network to expand their presence in the Asia Pacific region.

The agreement involves the integration of five existing Ovolo hotels, totaling over 450 rooms, into Wyndham’s global portfolio. The hotels are located in Sydney, Brisbane, Canberra, Melbourne, and Hong Kong. The transition is expected to be completed later this fall. These properties will be incorporated into Wyndham’s sales, marketing, and distribution platforms, enhancing their commercial opportunities.

The hotels will also participate in the Wyndham Rewards loyalty program, which has approximately 120 million members. This inclusion is expected to increase the visibility and accessibility of Ovolo’s offerings to a broader audience.

The five hotels joining Wyndham’s portfolio are:

Ovolo Central, a Wyndham Hotel

Located in Hong Kong’s central district, this 41-room hotel is near key nightlife and dining areas.

Ovolo Nishi, a Wyndham Hotel

Situated in Canberra’s central business district, this hotel features 85 rooms known for their unique design and art installations.

Ovolo South Yarra, a Wyndham Hotel

Located in Melbourne’s South Yarra neighborhood, this 123-room hotel combines modern amenities with a 1970s aesthetic.

Ovolo The Valley, a Wyndham Hotel

Found in Brisbane’s Fortitude Valley, this 103-room hotel is recognized for its artistic design and proximity to cultural venues.

Ovolo Woolloomooloo, a Wyndham Hotel

Positioned on Sydney’s Finger Wharf, this 100-room hotel offers waterfront views and access to major city attractions.

The partnership does not involve changes in the ownership or management of the Ovolo brand, which will continue to operate independently while benefiting from Wyndham’s resources and global reach.
