The Best Western Plus Pepper Tree Inn in Santa Barbara has rebranded as FOUND Hotels, Santa Barbara, Series by Marriott.
The 150-room property, previously operating as Best Western Plus Pepper Tree Inn, has transitioned to the FOUND Hotels, Santa Barbara, Series by Marriott brand. Located on Upper State Street in Santa Barbara, adjacent to La Cumbre Plaza and near Highway 101, the hotel features garden-style courtyards and two outdoor pools.
FOUND Hotels, Santa Barbara, Series by Marriott is now part of the Series by Marriott collection. Guests can earn and redeem Marriott Bonvoy points, receive complimentary daily breakfast, and enjoy free on-site parking.
The hotel is designed to serve leisure visitors, families, corporate guests, and small groups, with flexible accommodations for corporate retreats, social gatherings, and wedding groups.
The rebranding follows a strategic partnership announced in September 2025 between Hawkins Way Capital and Marriott International to convert six properties to FOUND Hotels, Series by Marriott. FOUND Santa Barbara is the latest property to join the Series by Marriott collection in the United States.
