Four Seasons and ALAIN have announced plans to develop Four Seasons Private Residences Abu Dhabi at Saadiyat Beach, with completion expected in 2029.

Four Seasons and ALAIN have revealed plans for a new residential development, Four Seasons Private Residences Abu Dhabi at Saadiyat Beach, scheduled to be completed in 2029. The project will be located on Saadiyat Island, a prominent beachfront area in Abu Dhabi.

The development will feature a gated community comprising 56 luxury villas, including beach mansions, and 60 suites, which will include penthouses and royal residences. The design aims to integrate the architecture with the surrounding environment, providing direct beach access and a variety of amenities.

Residents will have access to facilities such as a residents’ lounge, swimming pools, tennis and padel courts, a spa, fitness facilities, a yoga and meditation studio, children’s play areas, a cinema, and a golf simulator. The location offers proximity to local attractions such as the Saadiyat Beach Golf Course, Zayed National Museum, and the Louvre Abu Dhabi.

The residences will be managed by a dedicated Four Seasons team, providing services including concierge, housekeeping, culinary, and wellness services, as well as property management. This development marks an expansion of Four Seasons’ residential offerings in the region, in partnership with ALAIN, an Abu Dhabi-based asset management company.
