Four Seasons has completed construction of its new residential tower in Mumbai’s Worli district, with 80% of units already sold.

Four Seasons has finalized construction of its new residential project in Mumbai’s Worli district. The development, known as Four Seasons Private Residences Mumbai, consists of 41 homes spread across 64 floors. The project is a collaboration between Four Seasons and Provenance Land, an Indian real estate developer.

The residential tower is located in the Worli district, a prominent area in Mumbai. The residences include expansive three-bedroom units occupying entire floors and larger five- and six-bedroom duplexes. The development aims to provide a private living environment in a densely populated city.

The project includes various amenities for residents. These include a Residents’ Club with a lounge, media room, private dining room, and gym. Outdoor facilities feature over an acre of green space, a meditation garden, a pickleball court, and an elevated pool. Additionally, the rooftop offers a lounge and outdoor cinema on the 65th floor, providing views of the city and coastline.

Architectural firm Gensler and interior design studio Yabu Pushelberg undertook the design of the residences. The design incorporates contemporary elements and Vastu principles, which focus on directional alignments and shapes to promote well-being. The residences also feature modern kitchens and home automation systems.

Residents will have access to the adjacent Four Seasons Hotel Mumbai, which has undergone recent renovations. The hotel offers various amenities, including dining options and proximity to local attractions such as Worli Sea Face and the Bandra-Worli Sea Link.

The Four Seasons Private Residences Mumbai adds to the company’s portfolio in India, which includes other properties such as Four Seasons Private Residences Bengaluru and Four Seasons Hotel Mumbai.
