Four Seasons Hotel Madrid has appointed Patrick Pollak as Regional Vice-President and General Manager. Pollak is approaching 30 years with Four Seasons, having started his career with the company in 1996 as Bar Manager at Four Seasons Hotel Mexico City.
Born in Mexico City to French parents, Pollak studied Hotel Management and Hospitality at Institut Paul Bocuse in Lyon, France. He has held leadership roles in food and beverage, including Head of Food & Beverage, Hotel Manager, and Resort Manager, in Punta Mita, Mexico; Dallas, Texas; and Hualalai, Hawaii.
In 2017, Pollak became General Manager of Four Seasons Hotel Guangzhou and later managed Four Seasons Hotel Toronto. He is fluent in English, French, and Spanish.
As Regional Vice-President and General Manager of Four Seasons Hotel Madrid, Pollak will oversee the property’s operations, focusing on maintaining standards and building on the team’s efforts over the past five years.
