Four Seasons Hotel New York Downtown in Tribeca introduces two updated suite collections as part of the hotel’s redesign strategy.
Four Seasons Hotel New York Downtown, located in the heart of Tribeca, has unveiled The Greenwich Collection and The Trinity Collection, marking the latest phase of the hotel’s ongoing redesign. This update introduces four two-bedroom suites, designed by esteemed interior architect Bill Rooney and his team at Bill Rooney Studio, Inc.
The hotel’s redesign strategy has been continuous, with recent renovations of the Empire Suite and the Gotham, Metropolis, and Tribeca suite collections. The newly introduced Greenwich and Trinity suites differentiate themselves by featuring full kitchens, meeting the needs of guests who desire the homely feel of a Tribeca apartment while still experiencing the services of a five-star hotel.
Bill Rooney Studio’s design approach marries timeless and contemporary elements, celebrating the art of downtown living while paying tribute to the surrounding neighborhood’s rich history and dynamic setting. The suites appear like elegantly furnished Manhattan pied-à-terre, with expanded living areas prioritizing style and comfort. The design incorporates modern pieces, unique Mid-Century fixtures, and layered lighting to elevate the art and architecture of the spaces. Combining marble, burlwood, walnut, and brass creates a luxurious ambience.
The suites’ art collection, which mixes contemporary, vintage, and locally sourced eclectic pieces, adds a personal touch that captures the spirit of Tribeca and downtown NYC.
The hotel’s redesign plan reflects the residential essence of Tribeca. Each suite is designed to provide guests with an authentic New York City experience that highlights the craftsmanship and character of its bustling downtown. The 185-key hotel, surrounded by diverse shops, renowned restaurants, and creative spaces, offers guests an immersive experience steeped in rich history.
