Four Seasons Hotel San Francisco at Embarcadero has introduced the Mindful Movement Collection, offering in-room wellness amenities to guests.

Four Seasons Hotel San Francisco at Embarcadero has launched the Mindful Movement Collection, a set of in-room wellness amenities available to guests. The collection includes Manduka yoga mats, Bala Bangle ankle weights, lightweight dumbbells, wrist weights, a Pilates ball, and resistance bands. These amenities are provided to encourage guests to maintain their fitness routines within the privacy of their rooms.

In addition to the in-room offerings, the hotel provides complimentary yoga sessions twice a week. These sessions are held in collaboration with Nob Hill Yoga, a local studio. The 60-minute classes take place on the 40th-floor terrace, offering views of the Golden Gate Bridge, Transamerica Pyramid, the Bay Bridge, and the San Francisco skyline.

The hotel is located in the Pyramid District, near Jackson Square, North Beach, and the Embarcadero neighborhoods. The introduction of these wellness amenities aligns with the hotel’s focus on supporting guests’ physical and mental well-being during their stay.
