Four Seasons Hotel Singapore Appoints Marisa Ng As Associate Commercial Director

Four Seasons Hotel Singapore announces the appointment of Marisa Ng as Associate Commercial Director, further strengthening the property’s commercial leadership team and reinforcing its commitment to delivering strong business performance and guest experiences in the Lion City.

In this role, Marisa will oversee the hotel’s commercial strategy across Sales, Revenue Management, Catering, Reservations, Public Relations & Marketing, working closely with the Planning Committee leadership team to drive sustainable growth, elevate brand positioning, and maximize revenue opportunities.

Prior to Four Seasons, Marisa served as Director of Sales & Marketing at Singapore Marriott Tang Plaza Hotel, where she demonstrated a strong track record of driving rooms and catering growth to record-breaking revenue. During her tenure, she also developed high performing teams, while working alongside the Food and Beverage department to execute innovative digital marketing and brand strategies. She was also Cluster Director of Sales for JW Marriott Singapore South Beach and The St. Regis Singapore, leading a team responsible for Corporate, Group and Leisure business across both luxury hotels.

Her other notable achievements include guiding her Sales teams to exceed revenue targets while strengthening relationships across key luxury travel networks, including Virtuoso, American Express Fine Hotels + Resorts, and Marriott’s STARS and Luminous programs. She also championed cross-functional collaboration, established commercial operating standards across the cluster, and consistently identified new business opportunities through data-driven market insights and strategic account planning.

Known for her focused mindset, people-first leadership style, and passion for hospitality, Marisa is committed to fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and excellence while supporting the hotel’s strategic vision and continued success.

Outside of work, Marisa enjoys spending time with her husband and three children, while pursuing exhilarating hobbies that include skydiving and underwater diving.
