Naipaporn Panlamoke has been named Director of Rooms at Four Seasons Resort Chiang Mai. Panlamoke returns to the property, having previously worked at the resort in a guest experience capacity. She brings over a decade of experience with Four Seasons, including leadership roles at Four Seasons Resort Koh Samui, Four Seasons Tented Camp Golden Triangle, Four Seasons Resort Chiang Mai, and Four Seasons Resort Langkawi.
Panlamoke most recently served as head of the Rooms Division at Four Seasons Resort Langkawi. Her experience includes villa operations, housekeeping, front office, and residential operations. She has also held leadership positions at luxury resorts in Phuket and completed a task force assignment in Beirut.
Panlamoke joined Four Seasons in 2015. She holds a Master of Business Administration from Ramkhamhaeng University. She grew up in Surat Thani, Thailand.
In her new role at Four Seasons Resort Chiang Mai, Panlamoke will oversee teams responsible for guest services throughout the property.
