Four Seasons Resort and Residences Puerto Rico is set to open on November 20, 2025, and is now accepting reservations.

Four Seasons Resort and Residences Puerto Rico will open on November 20, 2025, and is currently accepting reservations. The resort is located on Puerto Rico’s northeastern shore, approximately 30 minutes from San Juan and its international airport. It is situated within the Bahía Beach community and spans a 483-acre private nature reserve.

The resort will feature 139 guest accommodations and ten dining options. Dining venues include a Lobby Bar & Lounge, a pop-up Sushi Bar, and a beachfront dining area named Sand Dollar. The property will also offer a spa and wellness center, two fitness facilities, and a variety of recreational activities. These include a golf course designed by Robert Trent Jones Jr., tennis and pickleball courts, and guided rainforest walks. Water sports such as kayaking and paddleboarding will be available, alongside two swimming pools.

The resort is designated as a Certified Gold Audubon International Signature Sanctuary, reflecting its eco-friendly initiatives. It will provide more than 25,000 square feet of event space for weddings and corporate retreats.

Four Seasons Resort and Residences Puerto Rico will offer experiences such as canoe trekking through Reserva Natural Río Espíritu Santo and exploring El Yunque National Forest. Night-time kayaking in a lagoon with bioluminescent plankton is also available. The resort’s concierge team will assist guests in planning day trips, including visits to Old San Juan.

This development is part of Four Seasons’ expansion in the Caribbean, joining existing properties in Nevis, Anguilla, and the Bahamas. Additional resorts are planned for Cartagena, Belize, and the Dominican Republic.
