Four Seasons, in partnership with Red Sea Global, plans to develop 75 private residences on Shura Island, part of the Red Sea tourism project in Saudi Arabia.

Four Seasons has announced a collaboration with Red Sea Global to develop Four Seasons Private Residences Red Sea at Shura Island. The project will feature 75 residences, consisting of 43 Dune Villas and 32 Waterside Villas. These residences will be situated between the Four Seasons Resort and Shura Links, an 18-hole golf course on the island.

The residences will offer direct access to the Red Sea and are designed to integrate with the surrounding environment. The development will include three- to five-bedroom villas ranging in size from 414 to 534 square meters. Each villa will feature private infinity pools and terraces.

The architectural design is by Foster + Partners, with interior design by Goddard Littlefair. The villas will incorporate natural materials such as marble and limestone. Residents will have access to a Four Seasons-operated clubhouse that includes a fitness facility, pool, and restaurant.

Shura Island is part of a larger tourism initiative in the Red Sea region that focuses on sustainable development. The area is accessible via the Red Sea International Airport, which offers flights from major cities including Dubai, Doha, Jeddah, and Riyadh. The airport is a 25-minute electric vehicle drive from the Four Seasons development.

The project is scheduled to welcome residents in 2026. The development emphasizes sustainable practices, with renewable energy powering the site and plans for marine protected areas.

Residences are currently available for private reservation.
