Four Seasons has announced the upcoming opening of Naples Beach Club, a new resort in Naples, Florida, set to welcome guests in October 2025.
Four Seasons is expanding its presence in Florida with the introduction of Naples Beach Club, a resort located on the Gulf Coast. The property, which marks the first Four Seasons resort in this region, is scheduled to open in October 2025. The resort will be situated on the former Naples Beach Hotel & Golf Club site, part of a larger 125-acre development that includes residential and golf facilities.
The Naples Beach Club will feature 220 rooms, including 57 suites, and will offer 153 luxury residences. These accommodations are part of a broader development that includes 58 luxury condominiums in three beachside buildings and 95 luxury condominiums in five buildings adjacent to a golf course. This golf course, designed by Tom Fazio, is expected to open in 2026.
The resort will include five dining venues, a full-service spa, racquet sports facilities, and multiple event spaces. A notable feature will be Market Square, a central area designed to serve as a social hub with shops, dining options, and entertainment facilities, including a sports pub, bowling alley, and cinema.
The Merchant Room, a new restaurant by two-time James Beard Award-winning Chef Gavin Kaysen, will highlight Naples Beach Club’s dining options. This venue will focus on Gulf Coast flavors and New American cuisine. Additionally, the resort will reintroduce HB’s on the Gulf, a beachfront restaurant named after Henry B. Watkins, the founder of the original hotel on the site.
The property will also feature a bar named Sunset Bar, known for its views of Gulf Coast sunsets. The bar will offer a mix of tropical cocktails and a Latin-influenced menu. The development is a collaboration between BDT & MSD Partners, The Athens Group, and Four Seasons, with residential amenities developed in partnership with Discovery Land Company.
Reservations for stays starting in October 2025 are now being accepted on its website.
