Garner Hotels Signs Two UAE Properties

IHG Hotels & Resorts has signed two Garner Hotels properties with Nooa Holdings in the UAE, with both hotels expected to open in 2026.

IHG Hotels & Resorts will introduce Garner Hotels to the Middle East through the signing of Garner Hotel Dubai Al Jaddaf and Garner Hotel Ras Al Khaimah Downtown with Nooa Holdings. The hotels are expected to add a combined 285 keys to IHG’s UAE portfolio.

Garner Hotel Ras Al Khaimah Downtown will have 204 keys. The converted hotel will be located by the creek in Al Nakheel, near Al Naeem Mall and approximately 15 minutes from Ras Al Khaimah International Airport. It will serve business and leisure travelers.

Garner Hotel Dubai Al Jaddaf will have 81 keys and will be located near Al Jaddaf Waterfront, between Downtown Dubai and Dubai International Airport. The hotel will include a rooftop pool overlooking Dubai Creek and will be near the city’s business, leisure and cultural areas.

Both properties are planned as conversions under the Garner Hotels brand, which is positioned in the midscale segment. The brand’s model provides owners with access to IHG quality standards, enterprise systems and the IHG One Rewards loyalty platform.

The hotels will serve transient, business and leisure travelers in Al Jaddaf and Ras Al Khaimah.

IHG currently has 39 hotels operating across eight brands in the UAE: InterContinental Hotels and Resorts, Vignette Collection, Hotel Indigo, Crowne Plaza, voco Hotels, Holiday Inn Resort, Holiday Inn Express and Staybridge Suites. The company also has a pipeline of 110 hotels due to open in the next three to five years.
