IHG Hotels & Resorts has signed a franchise agreement for Garner Bhiwadi, marking the fourth deal for the Garner brand in India and its entry into the National Capital Region. The 45-key hotel is scheduled to open in 2027. The property will be developed by Modest Structures Private Limited and managed by United Hospitality Management (UHM), a third-party management company active in India and the Middle East.
The hotel will feature 45 modern rooms designed for both short and extended stays, with amenities aimed at travelers seeking comfort and functionality. The Bhiwadi property is positioned as a midscale conversion hotel, offering quality stays at an accessible price point to meet demand in the Bhiwadi industrial market.
This agreement continues the partnership between IHG Hotels & Resorts and United Hospitality Management, which is involved in three other Garner hotels in the pipeline.
Garner’s expansion in India is part of IHG’s strategy to grow in tier-two and emerging industrial cities, where demand for brand-backed, high-quality hospitality continues to outpace supply.
IHG Hotels & Resorts currently operates 51 hotels across six brands in India, including Six Senses, InterContinental Hotels and Resorts, Crowne Plaza, voco Hotels, Holiday Inn Resort, and Holiday Inn Express, with a pipeline of 80 hotels scheduled to open in the next three to five years.
