H World Group Limited has launched Hanting Inn, a new economy hotel brand designed for scalable, asset-light growth and conversion of existing properties.
H World Group Limited has introduced Hanting Inn, a new economy hotel brand developed to address evolving travel needs and support scalable, asset-light expansion. Hanting Inn joins the Hanting brand family, expanding accessibility and coverage in the economy hotel segment.
Hanting Inn features a lower investment threshold, simplified construction standards, and increased flexibility in location and property type, enabling faster rollout and deeper penetration into lower-tier cities and price-sensitive markets.
The brand is structured for high commercial adaptability, particularly for the conversion and renovation of existing properties. Built around four principles—Light, Fast, Efficient, and Profitable—Hanting Inn uses modular renovation standards and streamlined processes to reduce investment intensity and shorten the lead time to opening. Flexible room configurations, including multi-occupancy family rooms, are designed to enhance space utilization and revenue efficiency.
Hanting Inn is supported by H World Group’s centralized supply chain procurement, digital and operational management platforms, and a loyalty ecosystem with more than 300 million members, enabling efficient scaling and consistent standards.
As of September 30, 2025, 4,531 Hanting Hotels were in operation, providing the operational foundation for the launch of Hanting Inn and supporting H World Group’s asset-light growth strategy in the economy hotel sector.
