Here are some fun Easter-themed events in and around Edmonton to hop in on

Are you ready to hop into the holidays? We sure are! Easter is just around the corner, and we’ve got all the best things to do in Edmonton for the egg-citing holiday.

Whether it’s a peaceful brunch with your loved ones, an egg hunt with the kids, or a stroll inside Edmonton’s famous pyramids, there’s loads to do this year.

Without further ado, let’s get into the events lined up in the city.

Just outside of Edmonton is the Kiwi Garden Centre, where you can go on an egg hunt with your little ones. Your ticket, which is only needed for children, includes photos with the Easter Bunny, a small petting zoo, and a scavenger hunt around the garden centre.

When: Saturday, April 4, 2026
Time: 11 a.m. to 4 p.m.
Where: 31313 118th Ave. NW, Acheson, Alta.
Cost: $8

This family-fun-filled afternoon at the Muttart includes a mini petting zoo, festive Easter crafts, a themed scavenger hunt, and so much more. All this is just packed inside the pyramids, which you can also explore during the event!

When: Saturday, April 4, 2026
Time: Noon to 4 p.m.
Where: 9626 96a St. NW, Edmonton, Alta.
Cost: $14.95

With limited bunnies scattered around Queen Mary’s Market over the weekend, you can participate in the afternoon scavenger hunt and win big!

When: Saturday, April 4, 2026, and Sunday, April 5, 2026
Time: Noon to 4 p.m.
Where: 12011 111th Ave. NW, Edmonton, Alta.
Cost: Free

At the Fantasyland Hotel on Easter Sunday, you can experience a wide buffet and food stations, including prime rib, made-to-order omelettes, crepes and waffles, breakfast classics, and don’t forget a seafood bar.

When: Sunday, April 5, 2026
Time: 10:30 a.m. to 2 p.m.
Where: Fantasyland Hotel — 17700 87th Ave. NW, Edmonton, Alta.
Cost: $69

This all-ages Easter egg hunt will take over this historic Edmonton location. Not to mention, there will also be an array of live music, games, and crafts.

When: Monday, April 6, 2026
Time: 10:30 a.m. to 4 p.m.
Where: 9180 Walterdale Hill NW, Edmonton, Alta.
Cost: Free
