We’ve rounded up some unique stays and Airbnbs across Alberta that you can visit this spring. Whether you’re staying in a luxurious suite overlooking llamas or maybe you’re up in a comfy treehouse, you’re sure to have a good time.

All these stays are available on Airbnb, with prices ranging from around $100 a night to much more.

This lakeside geodome will have you fully immersed in Clearwater County’s wilderness. The theme is stargazing for the geodome, which means the colour palette is beautifully accented with dark sky blues and starry yellows.

It’s the perfect chance to get off-grid, with no Wi-Fi available, but all the amenities you might need to go out into nature. Say goodbye to packing camping gear— this stay has it all there, just for you.

Just west of Calgary is this sweet llama lookout.

In the heart of a small working hobby ranch, you’ll get gorgeous views of the landscape and, more importantly, the llamas and other animals roaming around. As for the suite itself, you’ll have a cozy stay complete with an outdoor hot tub and fire pit to make the trip all the more special.

This stay is less than 10 minutes from Waterton Lakes National Park of Canada, making it the perfect spot for those wanting to get outdoors.

The most unique thing about it, however? You’ll be staying in a reimagined grain silo— cozy and cute. You’ll get access to your own silo, as well as a shared gazebo on the property.

Where: Twin Butte, Alta.

Four Pine Valley is a luxurious off-grid lodging experience, giving guests a unique, environmental stay in the immersive geodomes. Here, you can sleep in a Jasper-like area under the stars, allowing for maximum immersion into the wilderness.

I’d definitely recommend this getaway to those in Edmonton, as it isn’t too far from the city.

I think we all wanted to have a treehouse when we were kids. This is your chance to make that dream a reality.

Roast some marshmallows, swing in the hammock, and explore the surrounding woods! Or, if you’d prefer, you can put a movie on and relax in the home theatre beside its cozy little fireplace. The options are there, and it’s all yours to enjoy.
