Elemental Recovery and Spa is one of Edmonton’s newest relaxation destinations for hydrotherapy, massage and contrast therapy. The new spa is nothing short of luxurious.

You’ll start by experiencing heat through its hot pool and sauna, promoting circulation, detoxification, and deep muscle relaxation. Then, you’ll be plunged into the invigorating depths of a cold pool. The shock of cold revitalizes the body, reducing inflammation, boosting immune function, and leaving you refreshed and energized.
