Fan-favorite HGTV star Jasmine Roth and her family celebrated a major milestone, which she shared on social media. The host of Help! I Wrecked My House has two daughters with her husband, Brett Roth, Hazel and Darla. In the new update from the HGTV star, it was Hazel who had a big day ahead of her.
On August 25, Jasmine shared the news on Instagram. She wrote, “And she’s off to Kindergarten!” The first photo in Roth’s Instagram post showed Hazel standing next to a sign that read: “HAZEL’S FIRST DAY OF KINDERGARTEN PARK CITY 2025.”
The new Kindergartener wore a yellow and white striped dress along with a jean jacket. White socks and pink shoes, paired with yellow glasses, completed the look for her first day of school.
Additional photos in the post included several family photos, which included dad and younger sister Darla. Other photos that Jasmine included showed that they stopped for doughnuts on the way to the first day of school, which they traveled to via bike.

In her caption, Jasmine shared, “Our sweet girl had the best summer and is ready for what’s next. Not too many nerves and I think the bike ride to school was a good distraction, or at least the donut was for sure.”
She added, “Darla is going to miss her during the day while she’s at school. But seriously, HOW IS SHE IN KINDERGARTEN ALREADY!?!?” Jasmine added several hashtags to the end of her caption, including one indicating that Hazel is “My Whole Heart.”
HGTV fans flooded the Instagram post with comments wishing Hazel a great first day of Kindergarten. As was the case with Jasmine herself, several found it hard to believe that Hazel is now starting school.
One fan wrote, “Omg! I remember when she was born!”
“Such beautiful pictures and family. Happy kindergarten year Hazel,” added another.
Someone else wrote, “Been watching Hazel (and you!) grow up! Have a wonderful year pretty girl! What a great way to go to school!”
Another Instagram user pointed out, “Darla always looks so chill! Cute family!”
