Crow Holdings and Hilton have announced a $100 million renovation of the Hilton Anatole in Dallas, alongside a new long-term management agreement.
Crow Holdings and Hilton have entered into a new long-term management agreement for the Hilton Anatole in Dallas, coinciding with a $100 million renovation plan. The renovation will focus on updating the Atrium Tower guest rooms, meeting spaces, and common areas over the next several years.
Initially developed by Trammell Crow in 1979, the Hilton Anatole is a 52-acre property featuring 1,610 guest rooms, two grand atriums, and various amenities, including nine restaurants and bars, and the JadeWaters water park. The hotel has been a notable part of Dallas’s skyline and cultural scene for over four decades.
The renovation process, scheduled to continue through 2028, has already seen updates to the 718 guestrooms in the Tower. The next phase will involve renovations to 899 guestrooms in the Atrium, as well as 600,000 square feet of meeting and event space. Additional enhancements will include food and dining options, as well as other capital improvements.
The agreement between Crow Holdings and Hilton aims to maintain the Hilton Anatole’s status as a key destination for meetings, conventions, and leisure travelers.
