Hilton has opened the Hilton Arlington Rosslyn The Key, a 36-story hotel in Arlington, Virginia, marking the debut of the brand’s refreshed identity.

Hilton has announced the opening of the Hilton Arlington Rosslyn The Key, a new 36-story hotel located in Arlington, Virginia. This property is situated at the base of the Francis Scott Key Bridge, offering views of Washington, D.C., and the Potomac River. The hotel is part of a mixed-use development by Dittmar Company, which also includes 514 residential units.

The Hilton Arlington Rosslyn The Key features 331 guest rooms, designed with a focus on modern architectural elements and natural tones. The hotel provides 28,000 square feet of meeting and event space, including nine meeting rooms equipped with modern technology. A notable feature is The View at the Key, a venue on the 36th floor offering panoramic views of the surrounding area.

Additional amenities at the hotel include a fitness center, retail outlets, and a restaurant named Locket. The restaurant offers a menu that includes steakhouse classics and seafood, and it is housed in a two-story space with large windows. The hotel also provides direct access to local transportation options, including the Rosslyn Metro, and is in proximity to Georgetown, the National Mall, and Reagan National Airport.

The opening of this hotel represents a strategic development for Hilton, as it introduces a refreshed brand identity. The property aims to serve as a hub for business and leisure activities in the D.C. metro area. The hotel is part of the Hilton Honors program, offering benefits to members who book directly through Hilton channels.
