Alison Wallace has been promoted to Complex Area Director of Sales and Marketing for the Hiltons of Chicago Sales & Marketing Complex, overseeing Palmer House, Hilton Chicago, and The Drake Hotel.
Alison Wallace has been appointed Complex Area Director of Sales and Marketing for the Hiltons of Chicago Sales & Marketing Complex, which includes Palmer House, a Hilton Hotel, Hilton Chicago, and The Drake Hotel.
Wallace’s new responsibilities include overseeing commercial performance and setting the strategic direction for the three properties. She will lead sales and marketing initiatives across the complex, working with teams in sales, catering, revenue management, property leadership, and regional operations to develop plans for group, business travel, and leisure segments.
Wallace previously served as Director of Sales, Citywide Strategy, within the same organization. She has worked in the hospitality sector for nearly 30 years, with over 26 years at the Hiltons of Chicago Sales Complex.
In her new role, Wallace will be responsible for aligning commercial strategies and coordinating efforts among multiple departments to meet each property’s sales and marketing goals. Her duties will also include fostering an inclusive work environment for team members.
Wallace’s career includes recognition such as Hilton’s Sales Leader Circle of Excellence and the Outstanding Sales Elevation Award. She has been involved in professional mentorship and community programs, including work with UCAN Chicago.
