Hisense’s 116-inch TriChroma LED TV is impressive
If you’re looking to “go big” in the home, the Hisense 116-inch TriChroma LED TV (116UX) will impress. Featuring RGB Local Dimming technology, it delivers purer, deeper, and more vibrant colours. This technology also has energy efficiency benefits since only the LEDs necessary for the content in real-time are illuminated. Hisense also says you get a 38% reduction in blue light emissions for a safer and more comfortable viewing experience.
The TV is powered by Hisense’s flagship Hi-View AI Engine X, an advanced processor that optimizes frames and ensures a clear picture with smooth transitions. You get peak brightness of up to 10,000 nits along with Dolby Vision, Dolby Vision IQ, and IMAX Enhanced. For audio, there’s a 6.2.2 multi-channel CineStage X surround sound system with Dolby Atmos and DTS Virtual X. AI Sound Optimization enhances audio to match the content, making dialogue crisper for movies, for example, and creating an immersive soundscape for action sequences.
Designed with an ultra-low glare panel with low reflection, this TV performs well in any environment—even brightly lit rooms. You also get an ultra-wide viewing angle so everyone can technically be in the “sweet spot”. The TV is less than 40mm thin and comes with Google TV built-in. It also includes HDMI eARC, Wi-Fi 6E, and compatibility with Amazon Alexa, Google Assistant, and Apple HomeKit.
The 136MX is Hisense’s first consumer-ready microLED display
Hisense also introduced its first consumer-level microLED display, offering an ultra-large, immersive screen that could be the new focal point in your living room, basement, or theatre room. It uses more than 24.88 million microscopic LEDs to ensure you get the best possible brightness and resolution, without the need for a traditional backlight. The self-emissive design delivers improved dynamic contrast so you get deep blacks, vivid brights, and a clear picture. Hisense says that unlike with OLED, there’s no burn-in if you leave an image on screen for an extended period.
Hisense’s flagship Hi-View AI Engine X chipset also powers this TV and includes AI-based algorithms. Brightness reaches up to 10,000 nits, and the TV is ultra-slim so it will fit in any environment. Additional features include Dolby Vision IQ, HDR10+, Filmmaker Mode, Dolby Atmos, and DTS Virtual X.
The 136MX also comes with Hisense’s own VIDAA OS smart TV platform for access to popular apps like Netflix, YouTube, and Disney+. It works with Amazon Alexa and Google Assistant and comes with HDMI 2.1, Wi-Fi 6E, and eARC support. Gamers will appreciate the 120Hz VRR, Auto Low Latency Mode, and FreeSync 2 Premium Pro for smooth and responsive gaming.
Hisense L9Q Trichroma laser TV: get the movie theatre experience at home
With a laser TV, you can bring the big-screen movie theatre experience right into your living room or basement theatre. The L9Q is the latest in the L9 series, and it lets you easily switch among five screen sizes—100-inch, 110-inch, 120-inch, 136-inch, and a massive 150-inch—using Auto Screen Alignment and Manual Keystone Correction.
The L9Q is brighter than its predecessors, offering up to 5,000 lumens of brightness with a 5,000:1 contrast ratio. Combined with Ambient Light Rejection (ALR) screens, you can comfortably watch content even in bright rooms—no need to dim the lights. Like other models in the L9 series, this display features Hisense’s proprietary TriChroma triple-laser light engine for accurate colour reproduction and vivid picture quality.
For audio, the TV features a built-in 6.2.2 surround sound system with a 15° tilted sound bin inspired by Roman amphitheaters. This design creates an immersive soundstage when watching content compatible with Dolby Atmos, DTS Virtual X, and eARC.
As a Google TV, you can easily access all your favourite streaming services like Netflix, YouTube, and Disney+ along with free channels. There’s also access to plenty of Google apps on the big screen. The TV works with Google Assistant, Amazon Alexa, and Apple HomeKit for voice control and smart home integration.
Available with a Black Walnut Décor Panel and Star Orbit Ambient Lighting, the L9Q boasts a sleek, modern look, thanks to its precision-brushed metal finish. It also supports HDMI 2.1, Wi-Fi 6E, and NEXTGEN TV (ATSC 3.0).
Hisense Saturn wireless home theatre system: enhance your home theatre audio
The Hisense Saturn wireless home theatre system is a great way to get an improved audio experience in the home theatre without having to worry about running more wires. It’s specifically designed for larger screen TVs, notably Hisense models like the aforementioned ones that are 85 inches and larger.
The HT Saturn has Dolby Atmos and DTS:X technology to fully immerse you in the sound, whether it’s a high-action movie or an enthralling video game. With Hi-Concerto Technology, the speaker system works seamlessly with the built-in speakers of Hisense TVs to create a synchronized soundstage, effectively expanding the audio field. This works alongside Room Calibration through Hisense TVs, which analyzes the acoustics in your room to adjust audio accordingly, further optimizing sound.
Designed to seamlessly fit within modern living spaces, the HT Saturn consists of a 13-speaker system with four wireless satellite speakers and a 6.5-inch subwoofer, all of which can be placed without worry of cables. Connections include HDMI eARC, optical input, and Bluetooth 5.3, so you can listen to tunes from a mobile device or laptop as well. With five EQ modes—such as movies, music, and sports—you can easily customize the sound to match whatever you’re watching or listening to at the moment.
