The property is the first newly built prototypical hotel to showcase Holiday Inn’s latest lobby design concept, featuring a co-located front desk, order counter and bar designed to create a more seamless and connected guest experience. Developed by NibbleNook Hospitality, the pet-friendly 106-room hotel is located less than 10 minutes from Denver International Airport, with a complimentary airport shuttle offered to all guests. Positioned for business, group and leisure travelers alike, the hotel provides convenient access to major area employers, healthcare institutions, youth sports facilities and popular Denver-area attractions.
At the heart of the property is a reimagined public space designed to create a more intuitive arrival experience. The layout seamlessly brings together a co-located front desk, ordering counter and full-service bar into one centralized hub. Not only does it flow with how travelers move today, but also drives operational efficiencies for hotel owners.
