IHG Hotels & Resorts has announced the signing of Holiday Inn Resort Bodrum West Beach, set to open in mid-2026, expanding its presence in Turkey’s leisure market.

IHG Hotels & Resorts has signed an agreement to open the Holiday Inn Resort Bodrum West Beach in partnership with Uslu Turizm Insaat Tasimacilik Sanayi ve Ticaret A.S. The new resort, expected to open in mid-2026, will be located in Bodrum, Turkey, and will feature 460 rooms. This development marks IHG’s second Holiday Inn Resort in Bodrum and adds to its portfolio of 33 open hotels in Turkey, with an additional 17 in development.

The resort will be situated near Turgutreis Marina on the Aegean coast, offering easy access to local attractions, beaches, and vibrant nightlife. It will also offer amenities such as a resort-style pool, a sandy beach, a spa, a bar, and a conference area. The location will enable guests to explore nearby Greek Islands, including Kos.

IHG’s decision to expand in Bodrum reflects the increasing interest in the area as a tourist destination. The company’s strategic location choice is intended to capitalize on growth opportunities in the Turkish leisure market.

IHG’s expansion in Turkey is part of a broader strategy to strengthen its position in the leisure segment. The company currently operates five brands in the country, including Six Senses, InterContinental, Crowne Plaza, Holiday Inn Express, and Holiday Inn.
