Hotel101 Global Holdings Corp. has signed definitive binding agreements with Origin Property for the joint development of Hotel101-Bangkok, a hotel set to feature approximately 770 rooms on an 8,336-square-meter site along Phahon Yothin Road, near Don Mueang International Airport and beside the Yaek Kor Por Aor BTS Station in Bangkok.
The project will be jointly developed by Hotel101 Global and Origin Hotel, a subsidiary of Origin Property PCL, which is listed on the Stock Exchange of Thailand. The signing ceremony took place at Origin Property’s headquarters in Bangkok.
Hotel101-Bangkok is expected to generate approximately 1.925 billion Baht (US$58 million) in sales revenue once fully sold and is scheduled for completion by 2029. The property is expected to be one of the top three largest hotels in Bangkok by room count.
The location offers proximity to Don Mueang International Airport and direct access to the Yaek Kor Por Aor BTS Station, as well as nearby attractions including Save One Go Night Market, Chatuchak Market, and the city center.
Planned amenities include meeting spaces, a conference center, modern rooms, 24/7 reception, all-day dining, a swimming pool, a full-size gym, a business center, a children’s pool, parking, and luggage storage.
