How to turn off the cameras in Little Nightmares 3

10 October 20253 Mins Read

To turn off the cameras in Little Nightmares 3 and continue your journey through Chapter 2, the Candy Factory, you need to solve the camera puzzle. Unlike previous cameras you’ve passed in this chapter, these cameras will shut the doorway whenever you come into view.

Here’s how to get past the cameras in Little Nightmares 3 so you can escape the dreadful Candy Factory.

How to turn off the cameras in Little Nightmares 3

After you’ve plugged the two light switches into the wall and taken the elevator in the Candy Factory, you will find yourself stuck in a room with a camera on the left and a doorway to the right. To continue, you must exit through this doorway, but whenever you approach it, the camera will spot you and close the door.

Ignore this doorway for now, and walk toward the player camera as close as you can. On the left, you will see another closed door, but this one has a glass window at the bottom. Use Alone’s ability, the wrench, to break the glass and move into the next room.

There’s another doorway here, also protected by a camera. See the small opening in the top left, above the cabinet? To bypass the door, you must exit through this opening.

However, you can’t just climb the cabinet by giving the other player a leg-up. Instead, grab the drawer in the lower right and pull it out, then jump up.

After passing through the narrow opening, you’ll find yourself in a room full of monitors. Drop down and wait for the door to open again (if the other player stayed behind, be sure not to stand in the camera’s view), then push the broken television into the doorway to create an opening.

Now, to switch off the first camera, you must pull the lever on the left side of this room. The only way to reach it is to give the other player a leg-up.

Once that’s done, you can go back to the first area mentioned in this Little Nightmares 3 guide. The camera is turned off, so you can finally continue your escape from Candy Factory.
