The Council allows you to change how League Classic is played through the power of your votes. Players can vote in a community poll to express their thoughts on the current state of the game, which in turn will change the direction that League Classic will go. Some questions will ask for your general opinion, while others will ask if certain gameplay mechanics should be added or removed.

However, the community poll is only open for a week, so if you’re enjoying League Classic, it’s important to make your voice heard. Here’s how to vote in The Council in League Classic.

How to vote in The Council in League Classic

To participate in The Council community poll, make sure you’re at least level 5 in League Classic, so you have voting power. Voting power will make your choices more impactful, and the only way to gain more voting power is to play more League Classic. You can increase your voting power by reaching level 15 and 25 on the Classic Progression Track, and purchasing the voting power boost on page three of Classic Pass: Act 1.

To vote in the community poll, open the League of Legends client, and select the “Classic” tab at the top. Then, click “The Council” box in the bottom right corner of the screen, which will open a pop-up containing the poll questions. This poll will close at 1 p.m. EDT on Wednesday, Sept. 2, so make sure to cast your vote before then!

The first poll includes the following questions:

Question 1: How does game length feel?

  2. Cloak and Dagger
  3. Moonflair Spellblade
  4. All 3
  5. None

Question 4: Should Classic add jungle timers? If options 1 and 2 receive more than 50% combined, the higher of those two options wins.

  1. Yes — Add modern jungle timers that are always visible on the minimap
  2. Yes — Only when the scoreboard is open
  3. No — Keep the current minimap
