The Los Angeles Hospitality Leadership Forum 2026 will bring together a select group of CEOs, general managers, HR leaders, and invited hospitality media for an afternoon of discussions and networking in downtown Los Angeles. The event is expected to host between 50 and 80 senior hospitality professionals from the Los Angeles market.
The forum will be presented by Yuni Hunter and will open with a welcome address from Raj Bhatt, Founder and CEO of Hozpitality Group. The agenda includes two panel discussions focused on current challenges and opportunities in the hospitality industry.
The first panel, “Profit vs Pressure: Can Hotels in Los Angeles Still Win in 2026?”, will examine how hotel leaders are managing rising labor costs, operational pressures, and shifting demand while maintaining profitability. The discussion will cover strategies for cost control, revenue optimization, pricing, and operational efficiency. Anastasia Moore, General Manager of E-Central Downtown Hotel, Los Angeles, will moderate. Confirmed panelist Kenan Tekin, Advisor for Hozpitality Group, Delta Hotels Ontario, HSMAI Past President, and AHLA GM Committee member, will participate. Additional panelists are being confirmed.
The second panel, “The Future Hotel: AI, Automation & the New Guest Experience,” will focus on the impact of AI and emerging technologies on hotel operations and guest experiences. The panel will discuss automation, personalization, innovation, and the role of human interaction in hospitality. Brian Boulden, President of HSMAI Greater Los Angeles, will moderate. Dolores Escobar, Regional HR Director at Azul Hospitality, is a confirmed panelist, with other participants to be announced.
The event will begin with a networking session featuring tea, coffee, and refreshments, followed by panel discussions, and conclude with a networking session and cocktails. The forum is intended to facilitate connections and dialogue among hospitality leaders in Los Angeles.
