This 3-story, limited-service property features 111 units and is situated in the third largest city in Indiana. Evansville is the hub of a 24-county regional economic area and is recognized as the center of trade for a portion of Indiana, Illinois, and Kentucky.
Shriv Shakti Hospitality Inc. acquired the Hotel for less than $50,000/room. New ownership will continue the affiliation with Choice Hotels and have planned improvements for the hotel.
