Hyatt Hotels Corporation has unveiled Hôtel Palais de la Méditerranée as the newest property to join The Unbound Collection by Hyatt brand in France. Located on the Promenade des Anglais in Nice, the hotel overlooks the Baie des Anges and is near Vieux-Nice, Cours Saleya markets, and Place Masséna.

Originally opened in 1929, Hôtel Palais de la Méditerranée features an early 20th-century façade designed by architects Charles and Marcel Dalmas and is classified as a historic monument. The property has been restored and updated with interior design by Linda Boronkay, incorporating elements inspired by the French Riviera and Mediterranean coast.

The hotel offers 173 rooms, including 28 suites. Dining options include ZOUZOU Restaurant, a supper club inspired by the heritage of the Palais de la Méditerranée. The rooftop terrace provides views across the Baie des Anges and is available for events such as music and cocktails.

Amenities include indoor and outdoor pools. The outdoor pool terrace faces the Baie des Anges, while the indoor heated pool offers a quieter setting. The hotel also features wellness and fitness spaces, including a fitness centre, sauna, and steam bath.

Hôtel Palais de la Méditerranée has more than 18,000 square feet of event space overlooking the Mediterranean. The main event venue, Salon Riviera, can accommodate up to 936 guests in a theatre-style arrangement.
