Indian Hotels Company (IHCL) has signed an agreement to develop a new greenfield resort in Kasauli, Himachal Pradesh, under the Gateway brand. The project is being developed in partnership with Vasuki Hospitality Private Limited.
The Gateway Kasauli will offer 96 keys and a range of amenities, including an all-day dining restaurant, a specialty restaurant, a bar, a heated swimming pool, a fitness center, and a spa. The resort will also feature banqueting facilities, with a venue spanning over 4,000 square feet.
Kasauli is located in the foothills of the Shivalik range in Himachal Pradesh and is known for its heritage sites and natural landscapes, including Christ Church and Gilbert Trail. The resort is positioned near key urban centers.
With this addition, IHCL will have 27 hotels in Himachal Pradesh, including 12 under development.
