IHCL to Open New Gateway Hotel in Pune

Indian Hotels Company Limited (IHCL) has signed an agreement to open a new Gateway hotel in Pune, Maharashtra.

IHCL announced the signing of a new hotel under the Gateway brand in Pune, Maharashtra. The 180-room hotel will be located in Bibvewadi, an area experiencing growth due to infrastructure and commercial developments. The project is part of a mixed-use development and aims to expand IHCL’s presence in urban clusters.

The hotel will feature an all-day dining restaurant, a bar, and a specialty restaurant. Recreational amenities will include a gym and a swimming pool. For events, the hotel will offer approximately 4,000 square feet of banqueting space, along with smaller meeting rooms and pre-function areas.

Pune is renowned for its thriving industrial and service sectors, encompassing IT, pharmaceuticals, and automobile manufacturing. The city’s proximity to educational and residential hubs significantly contributes to its strategic importance for hospitality developments.
