- IHG Hotels & Resorts announced a 309-dual-branded hotel in Cascais, Portugal, in collaboration with Grupo Onyria.

IHG Hotels & Resorts, in partnership with Grupo Onyria, has announced the signing of a 309-dual-branded hotel in the tourist destination of Cascais, Portugal. The Onyria Marinha Cascais, Vignette Collection and Kimpton Quinta da Marinha Cascais are expected to open between this and next year.
Both new properties will be located in the Quinta da Marinha region, nestled in the Sintra-Cascais Natural Park and offering majestic views of the Atlantic Ocean.
The Onyria Marinha Cascais, Vignette Collection will offer guests 111 keys, two restaurants, a bar, and 10 event spaces. Leisure facilities will include outdoor pools, a Tennis & Padel Club, Horse-Riding Centre, and a hunting lodge venue. A wellness spa featuring an indoor pool, sauna, hammam, and sensory shower will also be available for guests seeking relaxation.
Kimpton Quinta da Marinha Cascais will feature 198 rooms, including 10 suites, and a spa with three massage rooms, sauna, hammam, and vichy showers. It will offer three restaurants, two bars, indoor and outdoor pools, a kids pool, a kids club, and an 18-hole golf course. For business travelers and locals, the hotel will have 12 conference rooms and a lake house venue.

The new signings join IHG’s growing list of Kimpton properties in Europe, including Kimpton Lisbon and Kimpton Sicily. The Vignette Collection, IHG’s first collection brand launched in 2021, is approaching its target of 100 hotels by 2030.
