HG Hotels & Resorts (IHG) has announced the signing of its first Voco hotels in Turkey. The agreement is in partnership with Pınarlar Kurumsal Hizmetler Turizm A.S, with the hotel, Voco Antalya Konyaaltı, projected to open in the summer of 2025.
Antalya, often called the ‘Turkish Riviera,’ draws millions of tourists yearly with its rich heritage, stunning Mediterranean coastline, and Taurus Mountains. This makes the city an attractive destination for leisure travelers.
Voco Antalya Konyaaltı, located in the heart of Antalya, will feature 120 rooms and a range of facilities to enhance the guest experience. These include a chic restaurant and bar, meeting rooms for business travelers, an on-site spa, a well-equipped gym, and an outdoor swimming pool.
The signing of Voco Antalya Konyaaltı follows several other recent strategic announcements across IHG’s brand portfolio in Turkey, including the first Garner Hotels in Istanbul and the brand entry of the Vignette Collection with Istanbul Karaköy.
Willemijn Geels, Vice President, Development, Europe, IHG Hotels & Resorts, noted the rising prominence of Antalya as a key leisure destination. Geels expressed excitement over bringing the Voco brand to the market and confidence in its flexible design approach suitable for conversions, adaptive reuse, and new builds.

As of 31 December 2024, IHG Hotels & Resorts has 33 open hotels in Turkey across five brands. Voco Antalya Konyaaltı will become the first Voco in Turkey, joining 12 pipeline properties across six brands in the country and 19 Voco hotels in Europe.
