IHG Signs Agreement for Hotel Indigo Phuket Nai Yang Beach, Opening in 2030

IHG Hotels & Resorts has signed Hotel Indigo Phuket Nai Yang Beach in partnership with AssetWise Public Company Limited and Rhom Bho Property Public Company Limited. The 170-room hotel is scheduled to open in 2030 and marks the second collaboration between IHG and AssetWise in Phuket, joining voco Phuket Bangtao, which is also in the design and construction stage.

The hotel will be located within a five-minute drive of Phuket International Airport and 45 minutes from Phuket Old Town. It will be within walking distance of Nai Yang Beach and Sirinat National Park. Planned amenities include a restaurant and bar, a spa, and a gymnasium.

This signing brings IHG’s portfolio in Phuket to seven open hotels and five pipeline properties across its brands, including InterContinental, Vignette Collection, Hotel Indigo, Holiday Inn, and Holiday Inn Express, with voco hotels set to debut in the area. Hotel Indigo Phuket Nai Yang Beach will join 37 other properties in IHG’s development pipeline in Thailand, with figures as of 31 December 2025.
