IHG Signs Noted Collection Hotel in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia
IHG Hotels & Resorts signed the agreement Aug. 11, 2026, in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The property will be the first Noted Collection hotel in the Middle East.
Cantonal Hotel Riyadh Noted Collection by IHG will be located in Al Olaya, Riyadh’s commercial district, adjacent to Kingdom Centre Tower and near Al Faisaliah Tower, King Abdullah Financial District and King Fahad National Library. King Khalid International Airport is approximately 30 minutes from the property.
Upon opening, the hotel will have 107 guestrooms, a main restaurant, café, rooftop lounge, meeting spaces and an indoor pool.
Noted Collection was recently launched as IHG’s 21st brand and is a premium collection of independent hotels. The brand provides owners with access to IHG’s global enterprise, commercial platforms and IHG One Rewards loyalty program.
IHG currently operates 48 hotels in Saudi Arabia and has a further 62 hotels in its pipeline.
