IHG Hotels & Resorts has signed an agreement to open a Vignette Collection hotel in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam, in partnership with LCK Hospitality Company Limited.

IHG Hotels & Resorts has announced the signing of a new Vignette Collection property in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. The hotel, developed in partnership with LCK Hospitality Company Limited, will feature 52 rooms and is set to open later this year. This marks the second Vignette Collection property in Vietnam, following the Moire Hoi An.

The hotel will be located in the city center, approximately half an hour’s drive from Tan Son Nhat International Airport. It will be situated near local attractions such as Ben Thanh Market, Independence Palace, Saigon Notre-Dame Basilica, and Saigon Opera House. The location is also adjacent to antique and art galleries and close to the Fine Arts Museum.

The Vignette Collection is IHG’s first collection brand, which includes a variety of unique hotels worldwide. The new property in Ho Chi Minh City will join a global portfolio of 23 open hotels and 38 in the pipeline.

Vietnam has experienced a rise in travel demand, with 10.7 million international visitors in the first half of 2025, a 21% increase compared to the previous year. Ho Chi Minh City alone attracted 3.8 million international visitors during this period, a 44% increase year-on-year. The city is known for its historical sites, cultural attractions, markets, and culinary scene.

IHG currently operates 20 hotels across eight brands in Vietnam, with a pipeline of 22 additional properties. Approximately 60% of its existing portfolio in the country falls under the Luxury & Lifestyle segment, which includes brands such as Six Senses, Regent, InterContinental Hotels & Resorts, Vignette Collection, and Hotel Indigo.
