STK Fallsview isn’t your average Niagara Falls steakhouse.
Located on the 9th floor of the Embassy Suites Hotel by Hilton Niagara Falls Fallsview, this stylish hotspot pairs elevated cuisine with an atmosphere that’s anything but ordinary. It’s all about bold flavours, a vibrant crowd, and panoramic views of one of the world’s most iconic natural wonders.
According to Executive Chef Adir Ozer, you could sum it up as “vibe dining.”
“STK offers a unique dining experience by blending the sophistication of a modern steakhouse with the energy and atmosphere of a high-end lounge or club,” Ozer tells blogTO. With DJs spinning curated playlists each night, every dinner feels like an event — and the chic, social setting makes it as fun as it is flavourful.
Foor-to-ceiling windows put Niagara Falls on full display, offering a jaw-dropping backdrop to your meal. And in the summer? Time your visit for 10 p.m., when the sky lights up with fireworks, adding an extra sparkle to an already unforgettable night.
Here’s a closer look.
Reinventing the steakhouse
STK began in NYC’s Meatpacking District in 2006 with one bold idea: reinvent the steakhouse.
“The goal was to modernize the classic American steakhouse, a modern twist on fine dining that merges high-energy ambiance with top-tier cuisine,” Sarah Beth Stranges, General Manager at STK Fallsview, tells blogTO.
“That’s where the famous STK slogan comes from — ‘Not your daddy’s steakhouse.'”
After the success of the first location, STK has expanded rapidly, both here in Canada and internationally.
What to order
STK’s menu is built for foodies who want it all — flavour, flair, and something a little unique.
Some of the chef’s top picks include the Tuna Tartare, Tomahawk, and the LIL’ BRGS, Wagyu beef sliders with STK’s signature special sauce.
“STK uses premium beef, expertly cooked, and can be served with your choice of signature butter melted tableside. A true showcase of STK’s steakhouse roots, but elevated,” Chef Ozer explains.
“And for the carnivores like myself, you can’t go wrong with our dry-aged 18oz USDA Prime NY Strip, my personal favourite on the menu!”
Other standouts include Lobster Mac & Cheese, a rich, creamy cheese blend with chunks of lobster that pairs perfectly with steak or stands out on its own, and the Cowgirl Ribeye.
To complete the experience, guests can choose from a curated list of standout cocktails.
Try The Spiced Watermelon, which blends Tromba Tequila, St. Germain, watermelon purée, lime, and jalapeño for a sweet and spicy kick, or sip on The Niagara Sour, a local twist on a classic whiskey sour, crafted with rye, Inniskillin Cabernet Franc ice wine, vanilla demerara syrup, and egg white.
When to go
STK is open for lunch seven days a week, but after 7 p.m. is when things really come alive, thanks to the DJ lineup.
“STK is great for all kinds of [people] and events. Whether you’re on a date, celebrating with a group, or wrapping up a day after touring Niagara Falls. Group menus are available, some even including a bottle service menu,” says Stranges.
